Cheryl Foiles hails from the west coast but has lived in the Raleigh area with her husband for the past 20+ years.
Cheryl’s first venture in jewelry making came in high school where she took silversmithing classes and had a side business making and selling macramé beaded jewelry. Jewelry design took a back seat to school, marriage, and family until 2009 when she picked up her long lost craft. Cheryl has studied with local and national artisans to hone her craft and expand her metal techniques. 95% of the components in Cheryl’s work are handmade including ear wires, metal shapes, stone settings; each piece is crafted by hand and made from the heart.
Cheryl’s work is unique and has an organic feel, achieved through the combination of metals, color, and texture. Above all, Cheryl’s work is high quality and will last for many years. Cheryl also accepts commissions for custom pieces, designed specifically for the customer.
Cheryl is also a mixed media artist, using various materials to create note cards, canvas art, etc...
